Home network - No more fights!

We have installed many home and office networks enabling our customers to maximise the way they use Broadband and avoid Internet related arguments!

Our installation price is £40* excluding the costs of cabling, patch panels, connectors, router and any additional hubs. Complex installations will require a quotation.

Routers cost about £45. (to network 4 Computers)
Cabling is about £9.50 per room (worked out per meter)

Networking your Broadband means you can use broadband with more than one computer or have many access points through patch panels in different rooms of the house or office. Simply plug any computer or laptop into the Internet from any room in the house or office.

The bandwidth you use isn't 'shared' either. The way we install means that each computer has maximum bandwidth.

It is a quick and economical way of making the most of your Broadband - and it's completely accepted by Broadband providers.

Ideal for online gaming or home office environments! You can even play games over your own internal network against each other!

Please contact us for more information.

*This is an installation based upon equipment supplied by us and does not use wall recessed patch panels.

Or, netwok yourself using Internet connection sharing...

With Internet Connection Sharing (ICS), you can connect computers on your home or small office network to the Internet using just one connection.

For example, you have one computer that connects to the Internet using a dial-up connection.
When ICS is enabled on this computer, called the ICS host, other computers on the network connect to the Internet through this dial-up connection.

- Open Network Connections

- Click the dial-up, local area network, PPPoE, or VPN connection you want to share, and then, under Network Tasks, click Change settings of this connection.

- On the Advanced tab, select the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection check box.

- If you want this connection to dial automatically when another computer on your home or small office network attempts to access external resources, select the Establish a dial-up connection whenever a computer on my network attempts to access the Internet check box.

- If you want other network users to enable or disable the shared Internet connection, select the Allow other network users to control or disable the shared Internet connection check box.

- Under Internet Connection Sharing, in Home networking connection, select any adapter that connects the computer sharing its Internet connection to the other computers on your network.
